Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center work, with a remote-first setup. You will own client accounts, coordinate multi-workstream deliveries, and ensure hands-on oversight of hardware deployments and cabling.

You will manage the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow, review budgets and SOWs, and mentor a small team of technicians and coordinators across onsite and remote tasks. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter ops, technical infra, or related field
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role
• Hands-on with server hardware, structured cabling, power distribution
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs or vendor POs
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small technical team
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts through the project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery
• Lead on ITSM ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk and ensure clear documentation
• Coordinate multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including hardware and cabling
• Track budgets, review vendor invoices, and prepare quotes/SOWs
• Manage a remote team of technicians and coordinators; run weekly planning
