Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a Technical Project Manager for our Data Center practice. This role serves as the primary technical contact for client accounts, overseeing onboarding, scoping calls, and technical reviews while translating requirements into actionable work orders.

You will manage ticket lifecycles in ITSM tools, coordinate datacenter operations including remote hands, cabling, power and cooling, and drive vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on with server hardware, cabling, power distribution and remote hands.
• Familiar with ITSM tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Experience managing budgets or vendor POs.
• Able to manage and develop a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments and report delivery status; handle escalations directly.
• Build long-term relationships to reduce churn and enable expansion.
• Own ticket lifecycle in ITSM platforms; create, assign, close tickets with clear docs.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including server rack/stack, cabling, power and cooling.
