Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components and to validate cabling and network connectivity across the data center environment. The role includes mentoring technicians, guiding on power distribution and hardware replacement, and ensuring changes align with SOPs and MOPs under Data Center Change Control processes.

• Validates cabling and ensures network connectivity is established.
• Trains technicians on fix and repair techniques per SOPs/MOPs.
• Acts as a liaison to identify resiliency and availability risks.
• Ensures safety, security, and regulatory compliance on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter hardware maintenance and break/fix for servers and components.
• Guide technicians on power distribution and hardware replacement without disruption.
• Validate network configurations and client sign-offs for environments.
• Monitor tickets and escalate trends within SLAs to improve the system.
• Ensure SOPs/MOPs and site/vendor rules are followed during on-site work.
