Formación

• Experience with server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and follow SOPs/MOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and components to maintain lifecycle performance.
• Guide technicians on PDU handling, hardware replacement, and non-disruptive troubleshooting.
• Instruct on implementing defined network configurations and validate cabling and connectivity.
• Monitor tickets, assign work, and escalate trends per SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance per SOPs/MOPs during on-site tasks.
• Lead collaboration with project teams and vendors to test installations and performance.
