AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design data models, ensure data availability, and deliver scalable analytics solutions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboards and reports development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and data needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics and visuals.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners for data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting across the data flow end-to-end.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability with teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
