Syneos Health is seeking a Proposal Analyst in Argentina to prepare and manage domestic and global proposal budgets and text documents. You will work with business development, operations, and finance to develop compelling submissions and participate in internal meetings as required.

The role requires coordinating SMEs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and delivering accurate proposals and rebids while maintaining internal processes and timelines.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in business or health-related field or equivalent
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the clinical development process from experience in clinical research or drug development
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and effective communication, teamwork skills

Proposal Analyst

This role involves preparing and managing proposals for Syneos Health's life sciences services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from Business Development.
• Assign appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and notify them of RFPs.
• Prepare and adjust proposal text, budgets, and cover letters to respond to RFPs and rebids.
• Ensure proposal text and budgets match RFP, client specifications, and internal assumptions.
• Obtain third‑party quotes as needed.
• Manage the proposal process and stage gates from receipt to delivery with limited manager support.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, and operations to facilitate project initiation as part of PlanActivation™.
• Update proposal and sales‑management tools, systems, or forms regarding proposal or rebid status and value.
• Coordinate and participate in project hand‑over meetings.
• Learn to present budgets in client‑specific or requested formats.
• Provide functional guidance and apply process guidelines to internal constituents as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or health‑related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimal experience in proposal preparation in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
• Knowledge of the clinical development process from previous work in clinical research or drug development.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Above‑average attention to detail and effective oral/written communication, interpersonal and strong team‑oriented skills.
