Power Digital is seeking a CPG Paid Social Specialist, Client Experience, to support paid campaigns and optimize performance for a diverse client roster. The role requires strong English communication, hands-on experience with paid social platforms, and a data-driven mindset to drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with strategists and clients, manage campaigns end-to-end, and contribute to reporting and testing roadmaps.

Formación

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of direct response marketing for e-commerce; lead gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing.
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; other platforms a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced features; strong data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Own end-to-end strategy, reporting, pacing, and performance monitoring for client campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling and next steps.
• Collaborate with lead Strategists and clients to align objectives with execution.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem tools to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses to improve client outcomes.
