Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role focuses on developing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering value through technical expertise and strong customer engagement.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive cross-sell opportunities while ensuring service quality and adherence to HSE standards across all activities.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
Strong wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta or similar would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate value.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
