Baker Hughes seeks a Sales Coordinator - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver high‑quality service.

Role requires deep experience in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related technologies, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to win long-term business.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (e.g., Vaca Muerta) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
