Baker Hughes seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to develop and execute the commercial strategy, driving growth through technical sales and strong customer engagement.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure service quality and value delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling or related fields.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage the full technical sales cycle and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical data into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals to secure long‑term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM.
