Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role combines technical knowledge with commercial execution to drive growth through strong customer engagement and disciplined deal management.

You will manage the complete sales cycle, collaborate across functions, and ensure service quality and value delivery to major operators in the region.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• + Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• + Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• + Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• + Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses.
• + Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• + Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• + Support tender submissions and contract renewals; maintain CRM pipelines.
