Baker Hughes is recruiting a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators and drilling contractors, and deliver value through technical and commercial excellence.

We seek a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization, capable of translating technical data into commercial outcomes while ensuring service quality

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate service value and differentiation.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long‑term business.
