Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a seasoned Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage operators like YPF and Pluspetrol with technical insight to demonstrate value.

The role requires deep drilling knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with operations and product teams to ensure service excellence in the Vaca Muerta basin.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta and ability to manage technical sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
