Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina. You will lead the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong operator relationships to drive growth in Vaca Muerta and other basins.

In this role, you will deliver technical value through presentations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify cross-sell opportunities across drilling products while ensuring policy and HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Proven track record working with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Support tender submissions and commercial models; drive pricing and proposals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
