Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to drive growth through technical sales excellence and strong customer partnerships. You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver technical value, and collaborate across operations and product lines to meet service standards.

The role requires a decade of industry experience, deep wellbore analytics, and the ability to influence procurement and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Maintain relationships with major operators and drilling contractors.
• Present technical value, perform post-well analyses, and demonstrate differentiation.
• Coordinate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
