Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage operators with technical presentations to demonstrate service value.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and managing technical sales cycles.

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building relationships with operators and drilling contractors, delivering technical presentations and post-well analyses.
