Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta region. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build relationships with major operators.

The role requires deep technical acumen and the ability to translate wellbore data into value for customers. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, while pursuing cross-sell

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards across all commercial activities.
