Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. The role focuses on developing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering value through technical prowess and strategic customer engagement.

You will work with operators such as YPF and Pluspetrol, generate proposals, and align with cross‑functional teams to ensure service quality and growth in a dynamic market.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Experience with shale basins and operators in Vaca Muerta preferred.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Strong communication to translate technical value into commercial impact.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements.
