Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value to operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, and Pluspetrol.

The role requires deep industry experience, strong communication, and ability to translate technical data into commercial opportunities while ensuring HSE compliance and top‑tier service

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across products.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
