Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services to develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery in the Vaca Muerta basin.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and product teams to win and retain business.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical data into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards across all commercial activities.
