Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and lead proposals and contract negotiations while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure service quality.

You will build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, delivering technical value through presentations and post‑well analyses to win long‑term

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong interpretation of wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical info into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
