Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to deliver service value.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Directional Drilling or MWD/LWD, and a proven ability to commercialize technically complex solutions to operators such as YPF and Pluspetrol.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta or similar).
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
