Strategy in Buenos Aires is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to provide customer-facing technical support for its BI and cloud product suite. You will resolve issues, contribute to the Strategy Community, and deepen product knowledge to deliver top-notch service.

The role requires a technical bachelor, 2 days in office in Núñez, English at least B2, and 2+ years IT customer service. Familiarity with Windows/Linux, SQL, virtualization, and cloud infra is a plus. On-call weekends possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or in progress.
• 2+ years IT customer service experience.
• Strong English communication (B2+).
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, SQL, and virtualization.
• Basic cloud infrastructure understanding is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer-facing technical support for Strategy products.
• Grow Strategy Community by sharing solutions and docs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and communicate with internal teams.
