• 2+ years in roles with cloud infrastructure and customer support.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure experience.
• Fundamentals of VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP.
• Ability to troubleshoot critical customer issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Cloud infrastructure operations and on-call coverage.
• Implement customer change requests per Change Control.
• Respond to incidents and collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot.
• Administer MicroStrategy Platform.
• Maintain thorough documentation of tasks.
