Strategy is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer in the Gran Buenos Aires region, Argentina, for a hybrid role to provide customer-facing technical support for Strategy Products.

You will resolve customer issues, grow your product knowledge, contribute to the Strategy Community, and help deliver top‑notch service.

The ideal candidate has English skills, 2+ years IT support experience, and knowledge of Windows/Linux, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.

Formación

• Complete or in-progress bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/CS or related.
• Based in Gran Buenos Aires region, Argentina. Hybrid role.
• Able to support MicroStrategy customers during working hours 10:00–19:00 GMT-3; weekends on-call up to twice per quarter.
• Excellent oral and written English communication (B2+).
• Minimum of 2 years IT customer service experience / strong customer focus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux System Administration, SQL, and virtualization.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Python, REST API, Java, or XML/XSL is a plus.
• Knowledge of the MicroStrategy Product or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Foundational Certifications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud are nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for Strategy’s BI products and Cloud platform.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners through daily interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose creative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product defects and enhancements.
• Contribute to community by documenting solutions and updates.
• Participate in internal development programs and team projects.
