Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires strong AWS/EKS, Argo Workflows, and IaC experience, with leadership in incidents and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will drive platform reliability, governance, and automation, partnering with security, analytics, IT, and governance teams to ensure compliant, scalable operations and on‑call readiness across LatAm

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform engineering or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS production environment expertise.
• Advanced Kubernetes and EKS experience.
• Experience with Argo Workflows for data workloads.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD.
• Strong observability, logging, and incident response skills.
• Ability to lead major incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, S3, dbt, ingestion tools).
• Proficient in Python or Bash for automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and orchestration of the enterprise data platform across AWS, EKS, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, and ingestion pipelines.
• Lead the transition to managed services with discovery, mapping, and readiness validation.
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and deployment automation.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and a prioritized backlog.
• Guide cross-platform decisions on Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and data lake operations.
• Lead complex cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 incident management.
• Direct major incidents with recovery, RCA, and preventive actions.
