AgileEngine is hiring a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role demands hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Argo Workflows, and IaC (Terraform), plus strong incident management and cross‑functional leadership. You will mentor engineers and drive platform reliability initiatives across data tooling and analytics dependencies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud/Platform/SRE or DevOps roles.
• We require deep AWS production experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, EKS, and Argo Workflows expertise.
• IaC with Terraform and CI/CD practices.
• Observability, logging, and incident management experience.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reliability of the managed data platform across AWS and tooling.
• Lead platform transition to managed services and governance.
• Define IaC, CI/CD, and release practices; ensure rollback plans.
• Mentor engineers; drive engineering process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response and post-incident reviews.
