EUTALENTS is hiring a Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR to work in a phone-focused, performance-based environment. Your pay reflects your activity, with daily outreach and rapid screening calls in Spanish and English.

You’ll manage candidates through the ATS and secure bonuses for each qualified submission. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, have 1+ year in recruiting or phone-heavy roles, and can work within European hours.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, daily use.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to candidates daily and move them through the pipeline.
• Run fast, structured screening calls in Spanish and English.
• Verify must-haves and help candidates gather documents.
• Keep all data updated in the ATS.
• Hand off qualified candidates with a short summary and collect bonuses.
