EUTALENTS is seeking a Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR to be paid for every win. This phone-first role rewards momentum and results, with a base rate and escalating bonuses for each qualified candidate.

You’ll screen candidates in Spanish and English, manage the pipeline in our ATS, and hand off qualified candidates with concise summaries. Work is flexible, with European hours and a focus on consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English, used daily.
• 1+ year in recruiting, sales, or any phone-heavy role.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Available within European working hours.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to candidates daily and move them through the pipeline.
• Run structured screening calls in Spanish and English.
• Ensure candidates meet must-haves and organize documents.
• Keep ATS updated and hand off qualified candidates with summaries.
