You will screen candidates in Spanish and English, move them through the pipeline, and hand off qualified profiles with concise summaries to earn escalating bonuses.

The position emphasizes independent work, daily outreach, and a compensation model that rewards performance, with European hours and a base pay quoted per hour.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English (you'll use both daily).
• 1+ year in recruiting, sales, or any phone-heavy role.
• Self-directed and structured; you don't need someone checking in on you.
• Available within European working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to candidates daily, follow up consistently, and move them through the pipeline.
• Run fast, structured screening calls in Spanish and English.
• Make sure candidates meet the must-haves and help them get their docs in order.
• Keep everything updated in our ATS.
• Hand off qualified candidates with a short summary and collect your bonus.
