WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio and regional stakeholders. The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge, and collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

You will coordinate renewals, ensure compliance, and contribute to cost optimization in a high-volume environment across Latin America and international regions.

Formación

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience across multi-publisher software portfolios.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive priorities across publishers.
