Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team, coordinating licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will manage requests, interpret licensing terms, and keep precise asset records in a high-volume environment.

Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to optimize licensing, renewals and compliance, while advancing SAM processes and stakeholder engagement in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and entitlements, renewals and audits.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records with purchasing/licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
