Tireseasycom in Argentina is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Seasonal Customer Service Representative for a remote 6-month contract starting August. You will be the first contact for Tires Easy customers, answering questions, guiding on products and orders, via phone and email. This role is fully remote, operates on U.S.

• Minimum 2 years in high-volume, fast-paced customer service or call center handling inbound calls.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Based in Argentina and eligible to work remotely.
• Must provide own equipment and reliable home internet.

Responsabilidades

• Answer English and Spanish inquiries via phone and email with friendly, solution-focused service.
• Manage order lifecycle: create orders, track shipments, process returns or warranties.
• Maintain high KPI performance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate to update FAQs and workflows to reduce customer effort.
