IQVIA is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for North America GTM roles, with a 100% remote LATAM-based work model. You will own pipelines from initial hiring manager alignment through offer rollout, leveraging sourcing strategies and a strong screening foundation to drive regional growth.

The role requires sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, experience with ADP, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech SaaS or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach to offer stage.
• Hands-on direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles preferred.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
