INconnet Soluções Tecnológicas, a leading IT services provider, seeks a Technical Support Engineer (Bilingual) based on-site in Mar del Plata. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, deliver front-line user support, and escalate complex problems to specialized teams while maintaining detailed incident records.

Your role requires strong multilingual communication, experience in IT support, and knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts.

Formación

Experience in IT support or a related technical role.
Knowledge of operating systems, basic networking concepts.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish for bilingual support.
CompTIA A+/Network+ certification is a plus.
On-site work in Mar del Plata.
Advanced English skills for conversation.

Responsabilidades

Provide front-line technical support to end-users and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve issues or escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Handle service requests and document incidents in ticketing system.
Coordinate with internal teams to support installations and configurations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure minimal downtime for users.
Deliver clear, professional bilingual support in English and Spanish.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
