Accident Recovery Network is seeking experienced MVA Legal Intake Specialists to engage prospective clients, qualify motor vehicle accident cases, and convert qualified leads into signed retainers and successful live transfers.

This is a sales-focused role where success comes from building trust, persistent follow-up, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward the next step in the legal representation process. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Five years of legal intake experience preferred, with strong MVA exposure.
• Experience converting qualified leads to retainers, consultations, or live transfers.
• Ability to manage high-volume prospective inquiries with CRM discipline.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from prospective MVA and PI clients.
• Perform outbound follow-ups to re-engage and convert leads.
• Qualify cases using established criteria and guide toward retainers or transfers.
• Facilitate retainer signing and warm transfers to the legal team.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and dispositions.
