Job summary

Legal Staff Now is partnering with a large U.S. Personal Injury law firm to hire a Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist. You will be the first contact for potential clients, conduct intake interviews, gather case information, qualify cases, and schedule consultations for attorneys.

The role requires 1+ year PI intake with a U.S. firm, proven closing skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Work hours align with PST, with bonuses and commissions after the first 3 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Personal Injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Proven experience closing Personal Injury leads and converting prospective clients into retained clients.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with ability to build trust and close.
• Fluent in English & Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound leads and intake calls.
• Experience with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase or similar.

Legal Staff Now is partnering with one of our largest U.S. Personal Injury law firm clients to find an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join their team.

If you have experience handling Personal Injury intakes for a U.S. law firm, this could be your next great opportunity!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate the first step of their legal journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from prospective clients
• Conducting Personal Injury intake interviews
• Gathering and documenting essential case information
• Qualifying potential cases
• Scheduling consultations with attorneys
• Maintaining accurate and detailed CRM records
• Providing a professional, empathetic, and exceptional client experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a true Intake Closer — someone who knows how to turn a qualified Personal Injury lead into a signed client.

1+ year of Personal Injury Intake experience with a U.S. law firm

Proven experience closing Personal Injury leads and converting prospective clients into retained clients

Strong sales and persuasion skills — you know how to build trust, create urgency, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business

Fluent in English & Spanish with excellent communication skills

Comfortable handling high-volume inbound leads and intake calls

Strong ability to qualify cases while maintaining a sales-focused approach

Confident discussing next steps, addressing concerns, and moving prospects toward signing

Empathetic and client-focused, while still being results-driven and goal-oriented

Strong follow-up skills and ability to work with leads that don't convert on the first call

Experience with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase, or similar is a plus

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

All schedules are Monday–Friday, with no weekend shifts

• Option 1: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST
• Option 2: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM PST
• Option 3: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM PST

40 hours per week
