Zeal Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support LATAM clients across the region. This role is ideal for someone based in Latin America who understands the needs, expectations, and behaviors of local customers across the region.

You will handle inquiries through chat, email, and phone channels, delivering timely, accurate, and professional service while meeting individual and team KPIs. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required; FX/CFD experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, contact centre, or client-facing roles.
• Based in LATAM and knowledgeable about local customer behaviour and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, professional support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Handle inbound/outbound interactions, including follow-ups and telesales where required.
• Meet individual and team KPIs for response time, resolution quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Escalate and document customer issues to Team Leader; collaborate with internal stakeholders for service delivery.
