Seamless Assist is seeking a bilingual healthcare recruiter to source and screen nurse (RN/LVN) and MD candidates for a fast-moving clinical staffing pipeline. This remote role aligns with US business hours and collaborates with the VP of Recruiting to ensure a credentialed, work-ready pool of candidates.

The ideal candidate has hands-on clinical experience, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and can evaluate credentials beyond keyword matches in a lean, fast-paced, part-time setting.

Qualifications

Clinical background in nursing or medicine.
Fully bilingual: English and Spanish, written and verbal.
Prior recruiting, sourcing, or candidate screening experience.
AI fluency — uses AI tools to streamline work; tools used vary by role.
Available to work during US business hours.
Excellent written and verbal communication assessed at screening.

Responsabilités

Source nurse and physician candidates via LinkedIn, Manatal, and other channels.
Build and maintain a qualified, ready-to-screen candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates for clinical background, licensure, and availability; report outcomes.
