Pavago is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for healthcare staffing, working remotely with U.S. clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, presenting trained graduates for front desk and administrative roles, and negotiating with clinic owners in English and Spanish.

You will manage job orders, coordinate with internal teams, and track pipeline to develop long-term employer relationships across the U.S. market.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in outbound sales or B2B sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Comfort with high-volume cold calling and objection handling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outreach to clinics across the U.S.
• Qualify prospects and identify hiring needs.
