Kingbee Vans is seeking a Customer Experience Agent in Buenos Aires to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be a key part of our customer-facing operations, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our users.

This contractor role involves supporting customers via calls, email, live chat and tickets, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Product, Operations and Fleet to resolve cases and improve processes. English and Spanish required.

Formación

• Strong communication in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional support to customers across calls, email, live chat, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to timely, effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Fleet) to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute insights to enhance service quality.
• Help strengthen Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence every day.
