Kingbee Vans is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Night Auditor to join our Buenos Aires-based team operating remotely. The role focuses on overnight fleet management, ticket triage, and coordinating with drivers and logistics partners to maintain continuous operations.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English and Spanish, is comfortable with night shifts (11pm-7am BA time), and has experience with CRM/ticketing tools.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms (Zoho, Desk, or similar) is a plus.
• Previous Night Auditor experience is preferred, not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fleet operations overnight, including vehicle relocations and roadside assistance coordination.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls via Dialpad, providing real-time support to key clients and communicating with drivers on route.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve the overnight ticket pipeline, documenting cases and handing off to the day shift with full context.
• Coordinate with internal drivers and external logistics providers to execute vehicle movements and assess cost-efficiency before approving external services.
• Monitor and update vehicle and operational status across platforms, escalating anomalies and ensuring continuity through the shift.
