Tangible is seeking a proactive BD Operations Coordinator to support prospecting, meeting preparation, and CRM data integrity from Argentina. You will join the BD team, researching prospects, building targeted lists, coordinating meetings, and capturing outcomes.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail and strong communication to keep opportunities moving forward. You may have SDR/BDR exposure or be a high-potential graduate, with a curious mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

Formación

• Ambitious, highly organised, commercially curious, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented
• Previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus
• Graduate candidates welcome; ability to learn fast and take ownership is key
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to summarise complex conversations

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify high-quality prospects
• Help BD Representatives have better, more productive meetings
• Ensure BD Representatives are properly prepared before meetings
• Produce accurate and useful meeting summaries
• Make sure every action and follow-up is captured and progressed
• Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date
• Improve the quality of our prospect and company data
• Take ownership without being prompted
• Spot problems before they become problems
• Make the wider BD team faster and more effective
