Ai World Conference is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role with a US marketing agency. You will oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and act as the liaison between designers, writers, and strategists to ensure campaigns launch on time and on-brand.

The role requires at least two years of creative project management experience in an agency setting, with proficiency in PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating design, copy, and strategy across campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines in project management tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet deadlines.
• Track progress with reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Onboard and manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
