Ai World Congress is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely delivery across multiple channels.

This hands-on role requires strong project management experience in an agency setting and proficiency with Asana or similar tools. You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to keep campaigns on track, manage workloads, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience coordinating design, copy, and marketing tasks.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
