Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience in an agency or similar setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present updates clearly.
• Understanding of how creative processes fit into larger marketing campaigns.
• Able to identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports; escalate issues when needed.
• Optimize Processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams; provide updates.
