Ai World Congress is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote, contractor role targeting LATAM. You will lead end-to-end creative and marketing projects for a US-based agency, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will draft brand messaging, manage schedules, and optimize processes, with a focus on scalability and consistent communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on creative/marketing project management experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with creative processes and ability to oversee multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, copy, and strategy.
• Manage workload and resources; reallocate tasks as needed.
• Track progress with reports; identify and address risks.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices for operations.
• Serve as main point of contact and communicate updates to stakeholders.
