Ai World Congress seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative marketing campaigns for a US agency. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong PM tool proficiency, and excellent organizational skills. This is a fully remote, LATAM-based contract role with US hours in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to remove bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate clear communication and status updates with internal teams.
