BairesDev is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and assets to ensure smooth delivery from kickoff to final delivery.

This role suits a professional with at least two years managing creative projects in a marketing or agency setting. The position is fully remote, with responsibility for coordinating design, copywriting, and marketing strategy across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience in an agency or marketing environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello) and timelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with designers, copywriters, and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns using PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload, resources, and deadlines to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports, raise issues early, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Improve processes and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and provide regular status updates.
