Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills for leadership updates and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of how design and copy fit into marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage client accounts end-to-end, from proposal to onboarding and ongoing management.
• Write brand messaging and copy; draft in Claude and edit to align with client voice.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media campaigns hands-on and track conversions.
• Build Claude workflows and tools to automate repeated tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure tone and trust with clients.
• Attend client calls across time zones and provide regular updates.
